Paying Yourself First and Looking after Finances with a Profit First Approach [Video Conversation with Ron Saharyan]

Ron Saharyan is a Profit First ProfessionalHe believes in eradicating entrepreneurial poverty and through his work to disrupt the common approach to business accountancy practice, is helping many business owners and organisations find profits to enable them to grow, scale, recruit and look after themselves and their teams.

What is Profit First?

Profit First is a financial structure that enables the business owner or organisation to build in a % of revenue to ensure the owner can pay themselves first. As a business owner I know how hard it can be to just ‘get busy’ and measure our levels of success about how busy we are, not realising that at the end of the month, the money just isn’t there.

The Profit First system enables businesses to build in profits and then focus on the expenditure with the remainder.

?? We talked with Profit First author, Mike Michalowicz about this book and more over on the Dads In Business YouTube channel!

Meet Ron Saharyan

It’s what Ron and myself talked about including how he found himself neglecting the roles at home and missing parts of his family’s development by chasing the career; long commutes, long hours, plenty pay, but never around to do anything with it!

Please enjoy this conversation as we really dive in to how building in a good profit system can transform business and your life, making you more present at home and with yourself.
